No that would be impossible.
If you have the CD then its one at a time.
If you try to activate more that two you may be stopped.

I have 30 Hp dc5000s desktop computers; I need to install Windows XP Prof.
in all of them. If I inter-connect them through a switch, is there a way to
install Windows XP in all of the PCs at the same time? Please, don't spare
any detail. Thank you.
