Position : Mainframe Architect.
Location : Bloomington, IL.
Duration : 6+Months.

Description:
Skills to get into the code.
Ability to layout standards.
Coordinate between onsite and offshore coordinators/developers.
This work will align more to the mainframe than Web.
The ability to support the application for Insurance and Financial Services Data through knowledge, experience, and ability to design, develop, execute, and support the applications and services required to extract, transform, and load existing Property Casualty data into the new data stores.
Possess knowledge of database design, the various data movement tools, and techniques.
Strong Informatica skills preferred.
Ability to estimate ETL jobs/projects a plus.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Experience with large scale data conversion projects preferred.
Experience with PostgreSQL not required but great to have.

DB2, ETL (Extract, Transform and Load), Informatica, Mainframe Architecture, Mainframe Platforms
