Hi Jacqueline,
I apologize in advance if you've tried this, and I missed it in an earlier
post.
Have you tried resetting the printer by unplugging power from both the wall
and the back of the printer for 5 minutes? Then hold the # and 9 keys on the
front panel while powering back on.
I know you said you turned it off by pulling the plug, but I don't know if
that re-set the printer.
Post back and let us know if that did anything.
