[Simply Computers] IE 8 won't keep history

 

After a thunderstorm saturday,my IE8 won't record history..also when I go to google it used to highlight my selection and keep it highlights on return trips. I've reloaded IE twice and rebooted...ck'd the regestry for errors...used combo fix and hitman pro..no luck..anyone help?
