i have tryed ctrl / alt / del and then typed in administrator leaving pass word blank but all i get is " Sys has restricted Access "  so what now i assume something has to be reset in bios but what and how i can get into bios so thats a break but can t play any cds can t get to desktop so help . . .

If you are encountering the request for a password at the user login, try creating another administrator account. When things are running well, delete the old account.
