Try tapping F8 after you first turn the computer on until you get the
boot up selection screen. Choose Safe Mode with the up down arrow.
press enter.

When the screen comes up, choose Administrator as the user to log on.
If it will allow you to log on without a password, go to the control
panel and choose User Accounts. find the normal user profile and remove
the password.

Reboot.
