I think you'll also find that if you increase the amount of physical memory that you have in the
computer, that virtual memory will cease to be an issue. Unless it's due to a different reason.

We really need more info like:
How much RAM do you have installed at the moment, the type of memory and the maximum capacity that
your motherboard can support? We can help with these questions if it's a brand name computer. Just
let us know.
How much free space do you have left on your hard drive?
