[Simply Computers] dvd code breaker

 

hi not sure this is the place to come for this problem,but you guys are good so here goes.
I live in New Zealand,and have purchased a DVD from America,but it has a regional code block,what can i do to unblock or code break,the shop i brought it from told me to go on line,but their instructions,were not correct
