[Simply Computers] no splash screen

 

Got a computer from a customer and when it boots it doesn't ever move
from the emachine splash screen. This doesn't happen when at my place. But I
have returned the computer twice to the customer and she sees that it boots
up properly at my place but when she gets it home won't advance past the
splash screen. It doesn't even make it to windows. Any suggestions and again
please don't tell me that she has a virus because I formatted the h/d and
reinstalled everything.
