[Simply Computers] Re: dvd code breaker

 

Regional DVD codes are read by the DVD drive hardware. When you do the setup of the drive, the software with it asks you for the region you are in. You can reset to another region, and then reset back, but you can't do that more than a few times. Then you are stuck with the last region entered.
