[Simply Computers] Re: no splash screen

 

Hi

I see that it can't get to Windows, but can she get into the BIOS? If you can guide her through turning off the splash screen, then maybe she can see whatever error message there is, or perhaps where it's getting hung up.

As the people in the other Group mentioned, it could very well be a USB peripheral that she has plugged in when at home, that you don't have plugged in when at your shop.

I guess you'll find out when you go over there Thursday.
