Toshiba Satellite Recovery disk M110/ M115 series

I am trying to do a factory reinstall and the recovery disk doesn't
work. And installing winXp from another source leaves all the required
divers out.
I thought I would remake the recovery disk, and copy all the files to a
separate folder and burn a new disk from there. I could copy all files
except PREINST003.TAF 660,480kb

If anybody has this file would you mind emailing it to me off group.
