Hi Jacqueline,

Microsoft are providing extended support for Windows XP until 2014, so
it's days aren't quite over yet :-) If you want to move on from XP now
then Windows 7 is the next logical step. Like any operating system, it
will never be free from bugs but Microsoft provide updates for bugs on a
regular basis, which are usually downloaded and installed automatically
on your computer.
