A more simpler solution is to call the credit card company and tell them
that the item you purchased was pirated and you want a refund. They will
likely require you to send the item back first and provide proof of return
shipping to handle the dispute. Most credit companies won't even let you
open a dispute until after 30 days of purchase to allow time for the seller
to respond.
