What I mean by hard to follow is that there are several posts made under this subject but they are not all together in one place. In other words, I have to open several different posts under the same subject line in order to see everyone's responses. I love the site and what it has to offer, and I sincerely appreciate the efforts of those attempting to assist others. I just wish everyone's comments were all in one place.

I was thinking it might have something to do with the compatibility of my peripherals to the 64-bit OS because I did discover that my modem is incompatible, but all I have connected now are the monitor, keyboard and mouse and as far as I know, those should be "generic" but I could be wrong about that.
