Under "Browsing" make sure "disable script debugging" is checked ...there may be two of them. Uncheck and recheck both. It seems to have cleared up the problem.

In the menus at the top, open Tools, then Internet Options, then the Advanced tab.

Under "Browsing" make sure "disable script debugging" is checked ...there may be two of them.

If this does not fix it, it may be the webpage you're viewing. Is it on your homepage? If so, what are you using for your homepage? Or is it on every page?
