You posted in early July about the same problem. You were provided suggestions and from what I can see you never really responded back with results to questions.
Please review the following regarding how you might appropriately phrase a question to the list.

At a minimum we need to know:
Specific information regarding about your computer (e.g., make / model, ram, operating system, video).
How do you connect to the internet? If DSL or cable what is the specific package you have?
As was suggested to you in the past, have you consulted with your ISP to determine if there is something wrong with your hardware?
What browser are you using? Does it occur on all browsers or just one?
Do you perform preventative maintenance on the machine (e.g., ccleaner) or anything else.
