Dear all,
 
the message exactly says: ("Failed to load control 'Http Transfer' from Http Transfer.ocx. Your version of Http Transfer.ocx may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application").
to be mentioned i have downloaded the application (Course offline Player) from ACM.org; my windows and browser is up to date.
i already tried to download through Firefox and Google Chrome. but they did not work as well.
 
please help me,

The list doesn't accept attachments. Either place the contents of the message in the body of your email or upload it to a file sharing site such as flickr and send the link to the list.
