I have changed my password for my internet provider, outlook express password, yahoo password, but they just seem to keep coming. I have run norton antivirus software, superantispyware, adaware, but the messages still seem to keep being sent.

If you've changed the password on everything and it keeps happening you may have a keylogger. If you change the password the new one will be sent to the attacker. May need to do a minimal backup of only what you absolutely need to keep and wipe the drive.
