While downloading Firefox might be a solution, if it's not, there's other stuff you might take a look at:
Scanning for malware and / or a virus (or 3).
Resetting IE and temporarily disabling add-ons.
Tell us a bit about your machine (e.g., make / model, operating system, etc.) and whether you perform regular maintenance.

It is very easy to switch to Firefox.......you do not need to remove IE......just download Firefox and run the program. It will even import your favorite from IE

I am having a problem with IE.
It does not go to Amazon without a lot of page not available pop ups.
Sometimes over 20 before finally opening.
Seems I am not the only one with this problem.
Can I switch to Firefox?
How?
Do I have to get rid of IE first?
I am not computer literate, and my children and grandkids do not live close by. So no help available.
Since I am an e-reader, Amazon is one of my most frequently used sites.
