I'm not sure what you mean by : "when i try to restor it nothing changes happens. "

But if you mean that when you run System Restore, the problem re-occurrs, please stop using System Restore.... your Restore points may be infected, and running System Restore just re-infects you.

You can try a free online virus scanner like housecall.trendmicro.com

(no www in that)

and also, download the free Malwarebytes' Antimalware from www.download.com (be sure to click the Download Now button, not one of the ads)

delete whatever they find.

And do a Google search for how to disable, re-enable System Restore.

If they are able to clean your computer, I would delete your current antivirus and download the free Avast! antivirus (also from www.download.com)
