Subject: [Simply Computers] Windows 7 Problem

Hi All! I am doing this for a friend, she has a fairly new Compaq laptop,
Windows 7 and last night she opened a email with a trojan virus. It shut
down her pc, Reboot..She tried to go back online and there is a popup
CONSTANTLY that is from SECURITY SHIELD and it blocks EVERYTHING she tried
to do, I went to see if I could help and it blocks everything like she said!
I cannot find out who is Security Shield to remove them and when I tried to
stop Firewall and it's virus scan, it goes to window to pay the 79.95 for
protection or continue unprotected but the firewall and virus comes back on
automatically, no matter what I do to stop it, meaning click on button OFF.
Can anyone help me figure out what is going on with this SECURITY SHIELD? I
cannot even FIND the name of company to contact them, using another PC.
HELP!! Thank You!
