I found out very little myself. This app has been on cnet since 2006.
Most think the software is a firewall, but it's not. It strictly
protects your computer from software and scripts on your computer, or
trying to install. Keeps software from doing the nasties. It does not
protect all of your ports coming and going. It's not labeled as a
firewall. It is a software that picks up where your firewall/antivirus
leave off.

It's interesting to note that cnet does not host the software. They
can't guarantee there is no adware, or spyware in this app. Pay
