[Simply Computers] Jumpy cursor, anyone?

 

This is just another repost; id est, since May, in fact since a tech installed XP3Pro instead of using my copy of XP(3) home, a jumpy cursor seems to have bsecome a permanent resident. I've Googled and searched numerous sites as well as posted here.
However, hope springs eternal ;-)
