Hi, Thanks! I will look into that. And, no, actually the kids are not more techy than I am, and also cannot get on the computer when we are not here. I have them locked into limited access online and no downloading, etc. My oldest two are adults, and have their own computers, but still don't have much to add when I ask them for advice or input if I'm having a tech issue of any kind. My oldest son (he lives here) absolutely hates computers. They both ask me about tech problems sometimes. The younger 4 regularly ask me for help with stuff, sometimes pretty minor-like how to change a photo on FaceBook-and don't know the full bounds of the parental controls-they know that it reports to me what they do, but not how long it holds that information or how detailed it is (which is how I like it, lol). In any case, I think it's very doubtful that any of them signed into controls where they should not be. I will look for the disabled administrator, though-that sounds like something that will be helpful.I've been running malware removal and often have gotten quite a bit of stuff. I'm using Super-Anti-Spyware and Avast. and also Advanced System Care. Thanks!

Jon's I had lifted restrictions because of a homework project and m not being home, an unusual thing because of my mom's illness. Anyway, the error, I'm finding poking around Google, is not too unusual, but doesn't seem to have an obvious fix. Any thoughts??
