There are usually two ways to print (maybe three). You can click the printer icon in the Tool Bar; you can click File | Print from the Menu Bar; or you can go to File | Print_Preview and use the print button there.

Tell us 1) which way you are using. 2) if either of the other ways work and 3) what EXACTLY occurs when you use the second way (File | Print). If there are error messages quote them precisely.
