Get a power supply tester, it could be that only the 5 volt light is working on it. You may have to re-set the BIOS and change out the battery.

My PC cannot power on after a power blackout, I dont think it is the power supply because there is light that was blinking so there is an electricity on the power supply, is it possible that my Mobo or my processor might be damaged because of that blackout, Ill appreciate any help before I throw my Mobo and replace it with another one. Thanks
