Re: [Simply Computers] Pc Lag / Programs won t respond and yahoo can t connect

 

Hi hows this log and whats repair install never heard of that  -  whats with the unknown files posted here didn t have them on last Hi Jack list and whats bing doing here how do i get rid of that -  later

Hi, Robert

I have read some of the other answers you have gotten on this but I am wondering if - especially in regard to the non-responsiveness issue - if hardware has been ruled out.

In the shop, I think I would be tempted to load windows on a spare, empty hard drive and test the machine out thoroughly before I reloaded Windows on top of your current installation.

And even if I decided that it was a software, not a hardware, issue - and after making an image of your original drive - I would do a Repair Reinstallation first. That may fix the problem and leave you with all your documents and programs intact.
