Roger,

I think he's trying to select ("configure") components of a new build. At Dell.
Can't help with his problem tho' - sometimes you have to be right in front of the
computer to see the things that the client doesn't know to tell you.

I am particularly amused by the error messages that appear at start up and the client says, "Oh, it always does that. I just close 'em"
