Maybe reading this will help. I would delete those fragments as they are probably part of a file or something. Perhaps others will have a better idea.

After a couple of defrags, I still get this message: 3 fragments remain; file size is 1 MB, at \Documents and Settiings\All Users\App or thereabouts.

Can these be removed in any way, some utility, manually, reinstall, etc, etc, etc ?
