[Simply Computers] Pc Lag / Programs won t respond and yahoo can t connect

 

Hi hows this for a mess using vista hp 32 bit with 3 gigs of ram; any ideas on how to fix pc lagging - programs won t respond and yahoo instant messenger can t connect to yahoo vitual server ! ?      getting tired of never ending errors and pc slowness  - later hugs . .
