[The Computer Hardware Technician] Hello Everyone!!! I'm desperate for your HELP...

 

I'm having a serious problem with my netbook. It won't turn on, the screen is totally black, and I don't know what to do or if it's fixable or not? Could someone give me advice if they know anything about this type of problem.
