Re: [Simply Computers] backup and restore

Thanks. The 1T drive is VERY underutilized, which is one reason I risked a
little downsizing. The Acronis says (if I read it right) that it will move
things OK, adjusting partition size.
The Windows Back up is confusing, maybe on purpose. I have not found a clear
statement of a procedure to use for this. As I see it, it will go from a
bootable disk to an image, then back to a bootable disk (perhaps on another
drive). That's one more extensive operation than I like.
Still doing homework.
