F Lock probably has nothing to do with it. It is just a matter of setting it up.
Click File
Click Import
Find Screen shot and Set up
I have mine set to capture with F12 but you can use any key.
Then
Click File
Click Import
Click Screen Shot and Start.
PSP is lowered and you can press your key as you need to.
