You probably have stuck key, most likely the "n" key. At log on, you
can try tapping it until the scrolling stops, then backspace until you
can use the On Screen keyboard. But in the long run, you will have to
replace it. This is usually not difficult to do if you have a small
phillips screwdriver. Just go to Ebay and look up your model number
followed by the word keyboard and you will find one.
