I'm learning alot. thnx all. I found a low profile card that is meant for a 250 watt system..I guess what i learned is low profile doesn't mean its gonna fit my system and to still look for how many watts it uses

Nooo, I don't think so. Of course, a dwarf may be thought to use "low
energy" because...., well, he's small. But that's not what dictates
his "power".
