I would agree with you, I am not blaming HP, just frustrated would like
to make it work. I have found on the Google search many trying to get
the same answer. So I really do not know if its a Thunderbird error
message or a Windows Error message. I guess it doesn't really matter. I
have given up trying to sort it, and do appreciate all that have tried
to help, it looked like a common problem that I hoped some one had
solved. Now if I just remove the attachment from the email it opens
perfectly. I must admit I don't like hitting the detach button in case
it gets lost.
