I have never personally liked online mail services for that reason although
they do hold some advantages.
I have a Gmail address and use it sometimes but it does not change like
Yahoo and Hotmail appear to do so often.

I know what you mean. I had to contact Yahoo Help. I explained I do not like
the graphics, that I do not have time to learn a new set up and I was very
unhappy. They switched it back for me after a few reply emails to them. Hope
