If it worked fine then it should still but did you find the can program in
Start/Programs??
If not go to www.asus.com Support and find the software there for your model

The camera worked fine some time ago and when I went to use it my image was
upside down. It is that way in everything I try to use it with not just
Facebook. I can't locate any software for it to change the settings, would I
just need to find some software to use it?

If the camera is inverted, do you mean the camera is upside down? Then she
just turn it the rightway up. Hard to do in a laptop with the camera in the
screen frame. If you mean thje camera changes the image, maybe but in her
case its Facebook that does the inversion.
