There is no 'application' in XP - its integrated into the system file
explorer. Zip files will simply appear as a folder icon with a zipper on
it. They will open just like any folder (when you double click it) and
you can simply copy and paste the files inside them to other folders in
your system, or run installation files directly from the zipped folder.
