If that was true how come some of us using Firefox can open the page without a problem?

I have followed this thread from the beginning...
Let me add my cent and half to it..
This is not uncommon for Firefox and Google Chrome not to display some
of the web sites including those who were programmed by MS software.
I have noticed this for some months.
I have the same problem with my web site, when using FF.
IE8 or IE9 still the one to use without these problems

Do this quick test for me please, and let us know what happens.
Instead of typing www.yahoo.com in the address bar, type Yahoo's IP address:
209.191.122.70
does that work?
