Re: [Simply Computers] Unresponsive portable hard drive

 

I have updated the drive's software as well as seeing that my Window's software is up to date.
I tried a different USB cable, but that didn't work.
A bad power cable seems to have fixed a lot of other people's situation, but I don't have a spare power cord.
