Recently I have invested in an i5 Pen Quadro speed Socket 1165
2.8Gh
8GB Ram
Large HDD etc..

using Win xp sp3
32 bits..

The system actual shows reading:

1.8 GHZ
3.50 GB Ram

Is this common reading that low with Win xp 32 bits?
