I would download RKill and Malwarebytes...open the computer in the safe mode...run RKill then run Malwarebytes

My GF went to you tube ...After the video was over. Her computer says her firewall has been compromised . System restore will not work. Malwarebytes will not run.. Looks like it got hosed good . Anyone have ideas on this ...

I never thought you could get a Virus from You tube !!

Oh. Google will not even open.
I do not have the Comp in my hands as of yet . She was running Avira AV.

I smell a drive wipe unless I get some fresh ideas here . One more thing she is running Windows 7 Pro...Also task mrg list several av's running,which I think are the fake AV's
