There have been times when warnings were given to members about making changes(format/upgrade/reinstall) that could create problems with preinstalled/oem/needed drivers. Backing up ALL drivers to a usb thumb drive might be a wise decision.
Today at Giveaway of the Day they are offering Driver Magician 3.65, "a professional solution for device drivers backup, restoration, update and removal in Windows operating system".

That program has an Update drivers feature. I ran it and it showed 7 drivers that could be updated. My opinion on updating drivers is that if there are no problems now, updating is not really neccessary and could do more harm than good. Although I was not going to install them I thought I would download and save them to a folder. I then found the download source to be extremely slow so I didn't bother.
Another option for saving drivers is the portable Double Driver, which is always free.
