[Simply Computers] sandisk vmate? ir settings?

 

There are probably only three people in the whole world still using a vmate
by Sandisk to record television programs.

And it is about to go to two. My new cable company WOW has "given" me a dta
with no brand markings at all on either the unit or the box it came in.
So I tried to set the Sandisk to control a Motorola unit and the dta ignores
the vmate completely.

Has anybody ever used a vmate to control a dta provided by WOW? And if so,
what settings did you use?
