[Simply Computers] Slowing down a video file

 

There is a TV show episode that apparently runs at half speed, though the sound runs at full speed. Therefore the two are totally out of synch. Unfortunately it seems to be the only version available.

I should like to have a go at repairing it. Separating the sound and video are straightforward - I've done it before with Any Video Converter. The follow up question, before I commit myself to downloading, is how to slow down and save the video and then join the sound and video again.

Can anyone recommend a program that can do this please?
