[Simply Computers] won't stay on the internet

 

I'll be on the internet and without any warning the internet will disconnect. I have to unplug from the wall and restart to make it connect again. This has been happening for about four days now. Its getting very annoying. I don't know what to do about this. I was wondering if this could be a virus? I have AVG and I've run a scan and a Malwarebyte scan and it doesn't show any virus.
I sure hope you can help me.
