yes wintoflash is an excellent software i have used this software for transfering xp onto usb flash..but you have to have atleast 4gb usb flash drive

You have to have the XP cd stil to do this l karthink

WinToFlash is a software that will help you transfer your Windows operating
system from the CD or DVD, to a USB flash drive .

This way, you make sure you have a backup plan in case something goes wrong
(maybe losing the original CD).

if you don't have xp cd you can't create usb also, there's a lot available
for doing it win2flash software can do it for you, i tried and installed
many net books and note books ofcourse desktops also, every time it was
succeeded.
