Job Title : Lead Oracle Functional Financials Consultant.
Location : Boston, MA.
Duration : 12+ months

Skills Profile:
We are seeking a Lead Oracle Functional Financials Consultant for R12 upgrade project in Boston, MA for a yearlong 12 month contract opportunity. The selected resource needs to have experience/exposure to advanced collections, projects, AME (approval management engine) for Payables, Oracle 11.5.10.2 & R12 Accounts Payable, SLA (Subledger accounting), and Ledger Sets experience. This is a Lead Consultant therefore the resource selected will be tasked with managing the direction of both functional/technical and super users.

Skill Requirements:
10 years as a Functional Oracle Consultant with at least 5 years in a lead role with personnel management experience
10 years with the following Oracle Modules GL, AP, AR, FA, & CM
5 years with Oracle Ebtax
3 years working knowledge of Oracle Financials Release 12
Exceptional ability to diagnose and solve system problems while working under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines with limited resources environment
Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business and technical resources
Strong proficiency with General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Internet Expenses, Cash Management modules of Oracle Financials applications with the functional and technical understanding
Ability to deliver end to end solution for support problems and development works including identifying the issue, setup, programming and testing
Ability to work effectively with Oracle support to resolve TAR issue
Ability and willingness to quickly understand the custom application environments and business processes and integration around the custom applications with Oracle Financials to take the ownership
Experience with lead and develop new Oracle Financials modules capabilities while continuing to support existing configurations.
BS in Computer Science or related technical field
